- Requests for refunds due to failure to cancel before the renewal date are not approved. Our system continuously syncs your data from multiple platforms, incurring ongoing costs even if you are not actively using the service. Therefore, late cancellations result in operational expenses for us, and we cannot issue refunds in these cases
